José Luis Ceña is an established Spanish artist, who specializeses in painting. He was awarded a grant by The Royal Mint, Madrid, which enabled him to pursue his studies in engraving and graphic design. This funding supported his training and provided resources and tools to aid his creative process and special art plasticity.
